Kash Kapadia, Founder and CEO

Kash Kapadia is a seasoned entrepreneurial business leader who has created innovative multi-million dollar global businesses in diverse industries facing digital disruption.  

Most recently, Kash incubated and grew the Digital Health business at Stanford Health Care, creating new digital offerings and transforming operations worth $75M+ at scale.  In this role, he also spearheaded Stanford's effort to reform legislation and increase access to digital health innovation for all Californians through principal sponsorship of California bill AB 2507.  He testified at the Assembly Health Committee which then voted 11-1 in favor of the bill.

Before Stanford, he led seven global industry practices for HP including Automotive, Banking, Consumer Goods, Insurance, Oil and Gas, Retail, and Utilities where he created new digital businesses and grew worldwide revenue to $100M+ in 18 months.  Previously, at McKinsey & Company and Booz Allen Hamilton, he advised the senior leadership of Fortune 25 high technology companies and Wall Street firms on business and technology strategy.  Kash spent the first decade of his career working on foundational internet technologies at Sun Microsystems and the Interoperability Lab.

An active contributor to the Silicon Valley innovation  ecosystem, Kash mentors startups at GSVLabs, has partnered with StartX, serves as a judge for EY's prestigious Entrepreneur Of The Year award, has served as a member of the Walgreens innovation advisory board, and has been an Adviser to the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce.  He teaches his own Master Class in digital transformation at Stanford University's MedX conference and is often a panelist at the university's entrepreneurship and venture capital courses.

Kash obtained his M.B.A. in Finance and Strategic Management from Columbia Business School, a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, and has completed a Harvard Business School executive leadership program.
